Tuxedo Park Junk Shop New Arrivals Wooden Winged Santos

I am uncertain of the origins of this little man. He has wonderful tin wings and articulated arms. His boots are firmly planted on a wooden base and he maintains some of the fabric from his clothing. He is likely a Santos figure from Spain or Mexico.
